Ed Wooten
Ed has over twenty-five years of experience in logistics management and procurement with the US Army and with 5 Texas ISD including San Antonio ISD, Lake Travis ISD, and Dallas ISD.
He is customer service-oriented and strives for providing quality products and services for a fair and reasonable price in accordance with any contractual terms and conditions. He subscribes to seeking “win-win contracts” where all parties are satisfied with the arrangements.
Ed’s motto: “We strive for perfection but will settle for excellence”.
Ed received a Master’s Degree from Florida Tech University as well as retiring as Lt Col. from the US Army.
Wayne Fulton
Wayne Fulton is a recently retired public school IT Director and brings 35 years of public school experience to F&W. During his public school tenure, Wayne always had a passion for problem solving and bringing sound solutions to students and staff, all the while providing top notch customer service during the process.
Wayne currently holds a BA in Music Education from Arkansas Tech University. Upon graduation in 1987 he accepted a band director position at a small rural school in Arkansas. A former college roommate talked him into moving to Texas where he accepted a band director position in Waco, TX in 1990. In 1994, a little known technology called “The Internet” came to the scene and Wayne was hooked! After buying his first desktop PC (an IBM with an Intel 286 processor), he accepted a teaching position in Manor ISD in Manor, TX. From there Wayne would spend the next 28 years of his career being promoted to Technical Specialist, Lead Technical Specialist, Assistant Technology Director and eventually Director of Technology before retiring in 2022.
